This session shall focus on four dominant negotiation styles – each with its own strengths and weaknesses.
Your true mastery begins when you recognize which style dominates you — and when to adapt to another.
The session will dive into detail mechanism for you to understand your style, its strengths, its weaknesses and what risks you need to address for your specific style. It will allow you to introspect and understand when to play aggressively and when to defend – not because of habit, but because of purpose.
